Book: The Fragile Threads of Power by V.E. Schwab

While the publishers call this the first book in the Threads of Power series, it is really a continuation of Schwab’s Shades of Magic series. You can read it as a stand-alone like I did, but it will take you longer to understand the plot and fill in some gaps left in the storyline. Once you do, it is amazing! I am going back and listening to the Shades of Magic books so that I can understand all of the nuances of The Fragile Threads of Power!
